BKUIK for the SCHOOL
BKUIK is an innovative and comprehensive service for ski schools based on a platform that consists of four modules:
- BKUIK BACK-END
- BKUIK FRONT-END (Portal)
- BKUIK MAESTRO (Agenda)
- BKUIK INTEGRATION.
BKUIK BACK-END
Management module that enables the operators of the school to handle the process of booking ski lessons (private and collective) in an intuitive and fast way.
All the necessary data to complete a reservation are fully managed:
- School master data with images and movies
- Master data of ski instructors with images and movies
- Specialties (ski, snowboard, ...) offered by the school
- Prices and discounts
- Composition of group lessons
- Customer data.
At the end of the booking process the acknowledgment can be automatically emailed to the customer avoiding to print it, saving paper and toner.
The school, analyzing the statistics of purchasing behaviors, can easily tune its own offer to meet tastes of customers.
BKUIK FRONT-END
Internet portal that allows customers to book online ski lessons (private and collective), browsing through the data stored in the back-end module by the ski school and then published on the portal.
The reservations made by the customers are paid in advance and immediately visible on the back-end module of the school so that the availability of the instructors is always up to date.
Thanks to the responsive mode in which the portal was developed, customers can access it from PC and mobile devices (smartphones and tablets) .
BKUIK INSTRUCTOR
Module for the instructor of the ski school: the ski instructor can access to his own agenda showing all his reservations, taken both by the school through the back-end module and by the customers of the school through the portal.
Thanks to the responsive mode in which the INSTRUCTOR module was developed, the ski instructor can access to his own agenda from PC and mobile devices (smartphones and tablets) , therefore even directly on the ski slopes.
BKUIK INTEGRATION
The integration module can easily connect the internet site of the ski school with BKUIK so that customers can book their ski lessons online directly from the school site. Through this way the ski school is automatically set in BKUIK and cannot be changed by the customer.
